mit Hans. Wenn "lot" irgendwo genauer bezeichnet ist, wird es im Zusammenhang mit Grundbucheinträgen meistens mit "Flur" oder auch "Flurstück" (eigentlich "parcel") übersetzt.
Statt Bauplätze schlage ich Grundstücke vor, da Bauplatz kein Begriff des Grundeigentumsrechts ist, sondern höchstens eine illustrative Beschreibung wie Acker, Wald, Ödland usw.

Asker: hallo günther, ja, da hast du schon recht - nur wie ist das mit dem "instrument"? wird diese urkunde im grundbuch eingetragen, oder kann ich evtl. doch auf das grundbuch verzichten (das grundstück ist auf den fidji-inseln, vielleicht gibt es da keine grundbücher??) ich bin inzwischen hier angelangt: " ... wird zusätzlich zur Eigentumsurkunde für das besagte Grundstück sowie die anderen Grundstücke in besagtem Vermessungsplan eine Urkunde ausgestellt, die die in Paragraph (a) enthaltenen einschränkenden Vereinbarungen begründet; diese Urkunde wird vom Verkäufer auf Kosten des Käufers ausgestellt, der auch die in diesem Zusammenhang anfallenden Stempel- und Anmeldegebühren zu tragen hat." könnte man das so lassen?! wenn man es allgemeiner halten möchte?? danke auf jeden fall für deine mithilfe!
