... das kann wohl eher nicht im Sinne von "von Zeit zu Zeit" hier verstanden werden; wahrscheinlich ist es eher "gegebenenfalls" gemeint - also immer wenn neue Mitarbeiter eingesetzt werden. .... Danke!
