Ich würde "Board" auch nicht stehen lassen, wenn es sich vermeiden lässt. Welches Board ist das hier: Vorstand, oder? Board of Directors?

Ich würde sagen Vorstand. Aufsichtsrat nicht, da ein Board of Administration (Verwaltungsrat) genannt wird und eine AG nicht beides hat. Also entweder Aufsichtsrat od. Verwaltungsrat und Aufsichtsrat ist m.E. auch eher Supervisory Board. Klar ist Board stehen zu lassen nicht falsch, aber ich neige eben immer eher zum übersetzen, solange es noch deutsche Begriffe dafür gibt :-)

Asker: An dieser Stelle heißt es nur "board". Es geht um eine PLC, also ist das wohl "board of directors". Laut Dietl/Lorenz wird das nur mit "board" übersetzt. Der Geschäftsführer muss "the sole shareholder, the Board of Administration, the Chief Executive of XX or its board" um vorherige Zustimmung ersuchen. Was könnte board in diesem Fall sein - Vorstand? Aufsichtsrat?

agree  camac: Unternehmens(Beherrschungs)vertrag. Unternehmensvertrag ist der Oberbegriff zu Beherrschungs- und Gewinnabführungsverträgen
