Es handelt sich um einen Händlervertrag. Im vorliegenden Artikel wird festgehalten, unter welchen Voraussetzungen der Hersteller Direktverkäufe tätigen darf und welche Ausgleichszahlung er in diesem Fall an den Händler leisten muss:
"In the case where such direct sales are being carried out the dealer shall receive a compensation payment of 5% of the possibly reduced sales price. The loss of interest when payment is made in instalments shall also be regarded ***as deduction***. Interest Is the debit interest for current recourse to credit to be paid by XX (the manufacturer) to their banks from the moment of same falling due. "
Ist "deduction" hier als Verlust zu verstehen oder als Teil der 5%igen Ausgleichszahlung?? Irgendwie scheine ich auf dem Schlauch zu stehen und komme mit Satz 2 und 3 verständnismäßig nicht klar. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?? Vielen Dank!

Explanation:
der Zinsverlust bei Ratenzahlung wird ebenfalls als Preisnachlass gesehen. Basis für die 5%ige Ausgleichszahlung ist also der reduzierte Preis unter berücksichtigung dieses Preisnachlasses.
