English to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) | | English term or phrase: senior | "Senior Lender" means XXX, a private unlimited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with registered number XXX or, following any refinancing of a Senior Loan in accordance with Clause 20.22 (Refinancing), the lender(s) of the New Senior Loan.
"Senior Loan" means the loan in the original principal amount of XXX advanced by the Senior Lender to the Property Company pursuant to the Senior Loan Documents and, following a refinancing of any Senior Loan in accordance with Clause 20.22 (Refinancing), the loan by which such Senior Loan is refinanced.
"Senior Loan Agreement" means that certain credit agreement of even date herewith made by and between the Property Company and the Senior Lender in connecton with the Senior Loan or, following any refinancing of a Senior Loan in accordance with Clause 20.22 (Refinancing), the credit agreement relating to the New Senior Loan.
"Senior Loan Documents" means the Senior Loan Agreement and all other documents executed therewith in connection with the Senior Loan.
"Senior Loan Event of Default" means an "Event of Default" under and as defined in the Senior Loan Agreement or, following any refinancing of a Senior Loan in accordance with Clause 20.22, an event of default howsoever described or defined in the Senior Loan Agreement.
"Senior Transaction Documents" means the "Transaction Documents" as defined in the Senior Loan Agreement. |
