Hello everybody,

I have an understanding problem with the following phrase:

"Judgement upon any award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction or application may be made to such court for judicial acceptance of the award or an order of enforcement as the case may be."

I need to translate that into German but do not really understand what is meant by this English phrase. It does not really make sense to me. Do they mean "Berufung" or is it rather "einen "Antrag auf Annahme des Urteilsspruchs stellen" or anything else?

I would be glad if you could help me out with this. It is really urgent, so I would be pleased about quick answers.
