Limited Warranty

XXX warrants to the original consumer purchaser this product against defects in material and workmanship as follows:

1.*LABOR*: For a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If this product is determined to be defective, XXX will repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit, at its option, at no charge. After the warranty period, the purchaser will pay the *labor* charges as outlined by XXX at the time of the repair.
