in den mir vorliegenden "allgemeinen lieferbedingungen" ist folgender satz enthalten:
The Customer is hereby notified that the Seller has undertaken to indemnify certain of its distributors for any damage they may suffer **as a result of conduct** involving a breach by the Customer of these General Conditions and in particular the condition of the Contract and the undertaking given by the Customer which are set out in Clause 6.
weiss jemand, was mit dem ausdruck "as a result of conduct" gemeint ist? (in dem paragraphen 6, auf den bezug genommen wird, geht es darum, dass der kunde die waren nicht in duty-free-shops verkaufen darf usw.)
