(p) events regarding a company’s securities (e.g., "defaults on senior securities", "calls of securities for redemption", repurchase plans, stock splits, public or private equity/debt offerings, or changes in company dividend policies or amounts); and

Explanation:
Granted: Late or non-payment is the most common event of default for the issuer of debt securities. But there are normally a series of other events that are also considered events of default, such as the issuer not maintaining certain balance sheet ratios, selling off certain of its properties, taking on certain additional debt, changing its basic business substantially, goint into a merger, etc. Therefore, in my view, default needs to be translated more broadly than just Zahlungsverzug.
