Wie gesagt ein Vorschlag von einem Laien, auf den ich durch eine logische Folgerung im Zusammenhang mit Nachfrist gekommen bin.
Und da Nutzungdauer bereits "period of use" (Quelle: Interactive Terminology for Europe) ist. Schön, wenn es passt.

Notes to answerer

Asker: Es geht hier um Fristen zur Erbringug von Leistungen. Diese sollen eingehalten werden, aber der Dienstleister darf sich trotzdem auf eventuelle Nachfristen oder eben "use periods" berufen. "Laufzeit" würde also besser passen als "Nutzungsdauer" - aber wie kommen Sie auf Laufzeit, Dorothee?
