Asker: Ich glaube, mit dem freiwilligen Schuldanerkenntnis sind wir auf dem Holzweg. Laut Zahn, Business Glossary, 4th edition ist consent judgment ein Gerichtsbeschluss, der auf der Einigung zwischen den beiden Parteien eines Rechtsstreits basiert.
