Ich habe das erstmal als "ethnische Minderheiten" übersetzt, aber auch gefunden "MigrantInnen" (finde ich hier unpassend) und die Möglichkeit, den Begriff gar nicht zu übersetzen (geht gar nicht).
Was ist denn der korrekte Ausdruck?
