Wie ist den in den nachfolgenden Kontexten "perfection" zu verstehen:

(ii)Proportionality:
the Charges and extent of their respective ***perfection*** shall be agreed taking into account the cost to the Group of providing Charges so as to ensure that it is proportionate to the tangible benefit accruing to the New Money Provider or the Credit Parties as the case may be;

(v)Formalities:
***perfection*** of Charges, where necessary, and other legal formalities will be completed as soon as practicable and, in any event, within the time periods specified in this Letter or in the Adequate Protection Security or within the time periods specified by applicable law in order to ensure due perfection.

***Perfection***:
If required under local law Charge over inter-company receivables will be registered subject to the general principles set out in this Schedule 6.
