account hat ja nicht nur die landläufige Bedeutung Konto, sondern auch Bericht, Darstellung, Etat usw.
Würde ich hier alles weglassen, da Wertpapiere in allen möglichen Formen registriert werden können, vom Aktienbuch bis zur Eigentümerrolle
