I wonder whether "kumulativ" may be used, as "Kumulation" according to the Wikipedia definition can mean this: ... in der Rechtswissenschaft die in Verbindung stehenden Tatbestände einer Norm, die im Verbund erfüllt sein müssen um die Rechtsfolge eintreten zu lassen (kumulative Tatbestände in Abgrenzung zu alternativen Tatbeständen).
