Ohne das Dokument zu kennen, kann ich die Bedeutung nur vermuten. Vielleicht ist der Hintergund folgender: Beide Parteien haben Teile des Dokuments beigesteuert und vielleicht wurden auch Formulierungen hart umkämpft, und am Ende hat man sich geeinigt. Nun möchte man verhindern, dass bei einem eventuellen Rechtsstreit das Wissen darum, wer welchen Passus oder welche Formulierung warum durchgesetzt hat, die Auslegung des Vertrages und den Rechtsstreit beeinflusst. |
