Abgesehen davon, dass es für meinen Geschmack zu viele stipulates, agrees und consents beinhaltet, bin ich mir nicht sicher, was mit "filing of a formal account" gemeint ist, denn es gibt schon ein Nachlasskonto, von dem auch die Erbschaftsteuer abging. |

Ist etwa eine einfache Aufstellung der Vermögenswerte des betreffenden Nachlasses gemeint, die einzureichen ist, um die besonderen Nachlassverwaltungsbedürfnisse bei der testamentarischen Erbfolge in diesem Rechtssystem zu erfüllen? Da es hier ja auch um die Abwicklung des Nachlasses ("distribution") geht, passt das evtl. relativ gut.
Unter Umständen ist vielleicht auch die Übersetzung "offizielle Nachlassabrechnung" möglich.

Eine informelle Aufstellung wäre demzufolge in diesem Fall nur den "beneficiaries" (Erbberechtigten) zu unterbreiten, während hingegen eine offizielle Aufstellung beim Gericht einzureichen wäre.

| Grading comment Genau das ist es. Vielen Dank. Ich habe viel zu engstirnig gedacht, account hier mit Konto gleichzusetzen, das ist einfach nur die Aufstellung/Abrechnung des nach Zahlung der Erbschaftssteuer netto verbleibenden verteilungsfähigen Nachlassvermögens. Danke!
