Accordingly, the Client agrees that it will not raise any objection to the Firm’s representation of other clients **on the basis of the Client’s retention of the Firm**, and the Client consents to and waives any objection to the Firm’s representation of other clients, unless the other representation would involve the Firm in representing an interest directly adverse to that of the Client on a matter substantially related to a matter in which the Firm represents the Client.
