In obigem Vertrag finde ich unter dem Punkt "Kündigung":

"- if after possession by Lessee, the Rented Properties becomes structurally **defecivet** or are damaged or destroyed, or any other event occurs through no fault of Lessee, such that Lessee is unable to use the entire rented Properties or a significant part thereof;"
