Geht es darum, dass die Angestellten und Direktoren rechtsfähig sind oder geht es um eine AG, also eine Inc.
Für zweiteres würde für mich sprechen, dass danach die principals mit Geschäftsführer gut zu übersetzen wären, die dann eben im Gegensatz zu den Direktoren der AG stehen. |
