Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / supply agreement
English term or phrase: stub period
Aus einem Liefer- und Abnahmevertrag:

"TERM AND TERMINATION

1. Term. This Agreement shall commence on May 1, 2008 (the “TERM AND TERMINATION”) and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 1.2, shall continue until April 30, 2011 (the " Term"). Each year of the Term beginning on the Effective Date and any anniversary thereof is referred to herein as a "Term Year", including the stub period, if any, between the end of a Term Year and the end of the Term."
