Tut mir leid, aber diese abstruse englische Substantivkonstruktion ist im Deutschen einfach nicht durchzuhalten ohne komisch zu wirken. Was hier umst'ndlich ausgesagt wird, ist doch, dass, wenn das Mitglied erscheint, dieses Mitglied durch sein Erscheinen ausdrückt, dass es auf die "Benachrichtigungspflicht" oder "die obligatorische Benachrichtigung" verzichtet.
