With the sums given to it by the Trustor, the Trustee, or persons designated by the Trustee, for whom the Trustee is answerable with regard to the Trustor, shall become the representatives of the Trustor for the management of the xx (xx) shares in the following company, defined as the ***Fiduciary Asset***.

Etwas Besseres als "Treuhandvermögenswert" fällt mir momentan leider nicht ein. Daher wäre ich für eure Vorschläge dankbar!

Der Vertrag unterliegt übrigens luxemburgischem Recht, und der englische Text ist eigentlich eine Übersetzung aus dem Französischen, wo "fiduciary asset" die Übersetzung von "actif fiduciare" ist.
