Lichtenberg von Jurisprudenz als Gedankenspielerei: Ein Federstrich, und ganze Bibliotheken sind Makulatur). Anders wären auch die horrenden Unterschiede zwischen europäischem und amerikanischen Schadenersatz nicht erklärbar. |
