"wesentlich" finde ich besser als "erheblich". Muß nicht erheblich sein um "material" zu sein, muß aber das "Wesen" der Vereinbarung betreffen.

Ich habe "fortlaufende oder wesentliche" benutzt, nachdem ich durch langwierige Recherche, darauf gestoßen bin.
Die Erklärung in Sachen "wesentlich" finde ich gut.
