English to German translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) | | English term or phrase: grantor | | from a 'Deed of Trust, where the parties are the Grantor and the Trustee. I do not seem to find anything appropriate for the "grantor" in German, and I am not particularly fond of possibilities such as "Errichter" or "Ersteller". Any better ideas? Thanks in advance. |
