English to German translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) | | English term or phrase: of a wasting, speculative or reversionary nature | testament: to postpone the sale, calling in and conversion of my estate for such a period as my trustees in their absolute discretion deem fit "notwithstanding that it may be of a wasting, speculative or reversionary nature".
I'm not sure about the meaning, so I don't know how to translate that phrase. I suppose "it" stands for discretion. And I found "anwartschaftlich" for "reversionary", but does that term really exist? |
