Also, irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, da hat jemand beim Schreiben gestottert... Ein "related to the project" habe ich jetzt schlicht ignoriert, aber mit den ganzen "other than"s in diesem Satz komme ich nicht klar... :

If any condition precedent set forth in Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) is not satisfied as a result solely of an act or omission of XY acting in any capacity related to the Project related to the Project (including for the avoidance of doubt as shareholder of YZ) other than Lender other than where it is acting reasonably and in good faith taking into consideration all relevant facts and circumstances, then such condition shall be deemed to have been waived by the Lender.

Even though it is legalese English, the writer has no idea of where to place commas or insert an ", and") to separate the thoughts in this typically endless sentence (all that's missing is the customary "notwithstanding"). That would have helped a lot.

Vielen Dank - nachdem ich den Rest des Textes dann durch hatte - der noch viel schlimmer war - war mit diesem Hinweis dann auch dieser Satz kein Problem mehr :-)
