ENGLISH:
2.2 Individual orders must be acknowledged by the supplier immediately on receipt. Partial delivery callforward notices do not require acknowledgment by the supplier. The delivery call forward notices within the separately agreed binding periods for taking delivery shall be deemed to be accepted if not opposed immediately after receipt of the respective partial delivery call-forward notice.

2.2 Einzelbestellungen sind unverzüglich nach Erhalt vom Lieferanten zu bestätigen. Liefereinteilungen bedürfen keiner Bestätigung durch den Lieferanten. Die innerhalb des gesondert festgelegten, verbindlichen Abnahmezeitraums der Liefereinteilung liegenden Lieferabrufe gelten als angenommen, wenn der Lieferant nicht unverzüglich nach Erhalt der jeweils aktuellen Liefereinteilung widerspricht.
