Customer may elect to terminate Caching Service that experiences a Chronic Outage (as defined below) prior to the end of the Service Term without *termination liability* if such Service is Unavailable on three (3) or more separate occasions of three (3) or more consecutive hours each (a “Chronic Outage”).
