ich habe eine Ausdruck, den ich nirgends finden konnte: "on a solicitor-and-his-own-client basis". Es handelt sich um einen Mietvertrag und der komplette Absatz lautet wie folgt:
"Where the appeal or contest aforesaid is made by the Tenant, or is made by the Landlord at the Tenant's written request, the Tenant shall bear (and indemnify and save harmless the Landlord from and against) the costs, including without limitation all costs ordered against or payable by the Landlord and all legal fees and disbursements on a solicitor-and-his-own-client basis incurred by the Landlord, for any such contest, appeal, or application."
