From an insolvency perspective the rental deposit is more than likely to be irrecoverable. We have had an agent look over the lease and he has confirmed it has no value on a desk top basis. The options for the Directors are to secure a replacement tenant which I understand from our discussion is unlikely or to agreed a surrender with the Landlord
