Unter dem Punkt "Voting of Shares of Stock by Organizations and Legal Representatives" heißt es in der Nebensatzung einer US-Gesellschaft:

"Stock registered in the name of a trustee of a trust or a custodian may be voted by the person, either in person or by proxy, but a trustee of a trust or a custodian shall not *vote shares of stock* held by the person unless they are registered in the name of the person."

Das Eingesternte konnte ich noch nicht eindeutig formulieren. Ich kenne Stimmrechtsaktien, aber weiß noch nicht, wie ich das "vote" als Verb hier formulieren muss. Der zweite Teil des Eingesternten betrifft die Unterscheidung von "shares" und "stock". Sind das im Deutschen Aktien aus dem Bestand oder sollten hier einfach nur die Aktien stehen?
