Gibt es dafür einen speziellen Ausdruck? Bescheinigung über den angenommenen Namen?

Sorry - work took over ... Hier aber nun zur Diskussion für "Yays" und "Nays" and "Neutrals" ... ;-) Wie gesagt, Assumed-Name Certificates, Fictitious Business Name filings und DBA bzw. doing-business-as sind Registrierungen eines Handelsnamens wenn dieser vom eigentlichen Firmennamen abweicht.
