Es handelt sich um einen Leasingvertrag. "For the purposes of this Term Sheet, it is assumed that either the Operator will have the benefit of a 50/50 several guarantees from each of (Name der Firma) and (Firma) or the Operator will have no parantel support and pricing is quotet in the Calculation Plan on each basis. Es hat also nichts mit Eltern-Kind-Unterstützung zu tun. Vielleicht "umfassende Unterstützung"?

Explanation:
"Parental" heißt hier m. E. "parent (company)", also auf Deutsch "Muttergesellschaft". Welcher Art diese "Unterstützung" genau ist, müsste sich aus dem weiteren Kontext ergeben (bezieht sich das auf die "guarantees"?).
