Konrad Schultz: Wie ich das sehe, muß der Vertrag eben nicht unbedingt am 24. Mai geschlossen worden sein, wohl aber dieses Datum tragen ("als ob vom", "datiert per"); aber womöglich Mißverständnis meinerseits/danke, nicht Abschluß, aber Gültigkeit,OK
