Eidesstattliche Versicherung, dass eine Person kein Ausländer ist


Explanation:
Hallo Frau Schoone,

meiner Meinung nach geht es hier darum, dass derjenige, der z.B. ein Grundstück erwirbt, dem Verkäufer gegenüber eidesstattlich erklärt, dass er kein Ausländer ist.

Ich hoffe, das hilft etwas weiter.

Asker: Die Gesellschaft, auf die das Grundstück übertragen wird ist aber "ausländisch" (Delaware) für die abtretenden Gesellschaft (Iowa). Es geht hier um Gesellschaften, nicht um Einzelpersonen, daher finde ich das ja auch nicht logisch. M

agree  NO-EN-DE: Would maybe use Erklärung instead of Versicherung as you do not deliver a Versicherung, but an Erklärung... If one wants to be picky:o)
