Noch mal der gleiche Satz wie gestern.
Es geht sich um eine Lizenzvereinbarung, in der der Endbenutzer dem Anbieter der Software das Recht gewährt, seine "Beiträge", die er mit der Software leistet, vollständig zu nutzen.
Ich weiß natürlich, was mit "reputation" und "attribution" in diesem Zusammenhang gemeint ist, aber es gibt sicherlich einen geeigneten Fachbegriff dafür. Leider habe ich mit Vertragswesen und Ähnlichem nicht viel Erfahrung ...
Der vollständige Satz lautet: "You hereby waive any moral rights of paternity, publication, reputation or attribution with respect to X's and other players' use and enjoyment of such assets in connection with the software and related goods and services under applicable law."

Mir stellt sich eher die Frage, was man aus dem >paternity< in diesem Zusammenhang macht. Ist das vergleichbar mit Urheberschaft?
