Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / stock awards | | English term or phrase: RSUs over shares of common stock | Im Text geht es um die (bereits erfolgte) Übernahme eines Unternehmens. Übernommen werden auch Mitarbeiterbeteiligungen. Dabei geht es im wesentlichen um Aktienoptionen.
Hier ein Ausschnitt aus einem sehr langen Satz:
"You will have options to purchase shares of common stock of [Unternehmen] rather than options to purchase shares of common stock of [übernommenes Unternehmen] and/or *RSUs over shares of common stock* of [Unternehmen] rather than RSUs over shares of common stock of [übernommenes Unternehmen.]
shares of common stock = Stammaktien, nehme ich an, aber wie wird das mit dem "over" zuvor im Deutschen formuliert? Ich glaube fast, dass allein dieses Wort mich im Unklaren lässt. |

RSU's (Nestlé und Allianz verwenden den Begriff auch unübersetzt) sind zB auflagengebundene Aktienoptionen, virtuelle Aktienoptionen, Belegschaftsaktien mit Sperrfristen usw.
