Termination and Suspension.

Termination

If Contractor files a voluntary petition of bankruptcy or suspension of payments, or if any involuntary petition of bankruptcy is filed against Contractor, or if Contractor commits any other act of bankruptcy, or if Contractor fails to supply sufficient men and materials to diligently prosecute the Work, or if Contractor otherwise breaches its obligations under this Agreement or the Contract Documents, [the client] may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by giving written notice to Contractor, exclude Contractor from the Project Site, and finish the Work by such means as it may see fit.

Any costs or expenses incurred by [the client] in excess of the remainder of the estimated total price for the Work, minus previous payments to Contractor, shall be recoverable from Contractor by [the client] in addition to any other losses or expenses incurred by [the client] by reason on Contractor's breach.

This remedy shall be in addition to any rights and remedies [the client] may have for breach of this Agreement under relevant law.

In the event of **terminal** pursuant to this paragraph, no further payment shall be owed or paid to Contractor after such termination.

Frage: Handelt es sich hier um einen Tippfehler, oder gibt es irgendeinen Unterschied zwischen "terminal" und "termination"?

Explanation:
Habe ich schon öfter so erlebt, dass kein Unterschied gemacht wird. Der Patentanwalt, mit dem ich geabeitet habe, meinte, "terminal" sei der gesamthaftere Ausdruck für die Aufkündigung z.B. eines Vertrages, während "termination" auch ein zeitweises Aussetzen/Stillegen sein kann. Ich denke aber, es wird auch oft ohne Bedeutungsunterschied verwendet.
