Hi all,

aus einer Vereinbarung über den Kauf von Maschinen steht unter den "Regeln zur Auslegung" der Vereinbarung Folgendes:

Accordingly, it [the purchase agreement] shall be deemed to be the product of both Parties, and ***no ambiguity shall be construed in favour of or against any Party***.

Verstehe ich das richtig, dass die Vereinbarung als Produkt beider Parteien gilt und demnach weder zum Vor- noch zum Nachteil einer der beiden Parteien ausgelegt wird?
