Das war ja mein Problem, warum ich nicht weiterkam. Der Zeichner ist nicht bekannt. Es geht in dem Blankovertrag um die Zeichnung von Geschäftsanteilen und die sich daraus ergebenden Rechte und Pflichten des Zeichners.
Hier fehlt der Bezugspunkt (d.h. Kontext). Der Subscriber darf in einem Bereich geschäftlich tätig sein, der in keiner Beziehung zu dem hier betrachteten (worum es in dem Patent geht?) steht.
