Ich verstehe aber das mit der Verjährung nicht, oder habe ich etwas falsch verstanden? |

Die "Verjährung"/der Ablauf der Frist tritt ein, wenn die genannte Person (Berater) nicht spätestens 30 Tage nach Eingang von was-auch-immer dem Projektmanager ihre Meinung erläutert.
Der Hinweis auf den Ablauf/Verfall der Frist ist eigentlich unnötig, da "...within 30 days after receipt of..." ohnehin eine Frist setzt, die einzuhalten ist.
"Verjährung" würde ich hier nicht nehmen, da die Frist erheblich kürzer als ein oder mehrere Jahre ist. |
