Wie die Zufälle so spielen übersetze ich seit heute eine Datenschutzerklärung, in der Bezug genommen wird auf:

und dabei fiel mir übers TM ein Werk wieder ein (Datenschutzrichtlinie einer Firma), in dem der controller ebenfalls mit Bezug auf diese Verordnung übersetzt wurde: "der für die Verarbeitung Verantwortliche", so zumindest heißt der (data)controller dort: Schau mal rein, da gibt es noch mehr solche umständlichen Formulierungen. Falls du dich also daran halten möchtest ......

disagree  xxxukaiser: ich glaube eher nicht, dass Informationen geprüft werden, sondern diese verarbeitet werden. Siehe meinen Zusatz unten.// Wie gesagt: schau mal in der Richtlinie ein paar Sätze an, auch bei processor und dessen Rolle
