Hallo zusammen,

ich übersetze gerade den Monatsbericht einer international tätigen Anwaltskanzlei, in welchem u. a. über die anwaltlichen Tätigkeiten bzw. bearbeiteten Mandate des vergangenen Monats berichtet wird.

Der oben geschilderte Begriff macht mir etwas Kopfzerbrechen. Insgesamt lautet der Punkt wie folgt:

"Three CDM [Clean Development Mechanism] Projects in Chinese province [XY], legal advice on **financial equipments lease**."

Equipment leasing als auch finance leasing sind mir geläufig, aber was ist mit dem obigen Begriff gemeint? Ich bin unsicher.

neutral  Katja Schoone: mag sein, aber schau mal hier z.B.: http://financialequipment.com/ Schau dir auch mal meine Links oben an und da es ja um China geht, dennoch hast du sicher Recht, dsas das geklärt werden muss, weil es ja 2 völlig unterschiedl. Ansätze sind.
