This is from a list of provisions in a contract.
I am not sure about the term *payment certification*.

Period for *payment certification*: 7 days from the date of receipt of Contractor's bills
Period for release of Payment by Employer: 14 days from the date of *Payment Certificate*.

Would this be Zahlungsbestätigung? Does this make sense?
