In einer Urheberrechtsabtretung:

"all of the rights of the Mortgagor in and to the title or titles of the production and all of Mortgagor's rights to the exclusive use thereof, including without limitation all rights protected pursuant to trademark, service mark, ***unfair completion***and/or other laws, rules or principles of law or equity"

erst las ich unfair competition - doch da steht tatsächlich **completion* und ich googelte das auch, es zeigte eine Gegenüberstellung von zwei ähnlichen Produkten, die sich in Kleinigkeiten unterschieden.

Wie heisst das denn auf deutsch? Und wie sagt man richtig zu copyright mortgagor? Pfandgeber?
Dafür stelle ich wohl besser eine neue Frage, wenn ich nichts passendes finde.

Explanation:
Die Internetrecherche zeigt, dass sehr oft "California Unfair Competition and False Advertising Laws" falsch zitiert werden als "California Unfair Completion and False Advertising Laws". Ich denke deshalb, dass es sich nicht um einen Fachbegriff, sondern um einen Schreibfehler handelt. Würde auch besser in den Kontext passen. Empfehlung: In der Übersetzung markieren oder Fußnote und dem Kunden zur Entscheidung vorlegen.
