Aus einem Liefervertrag, den zwei Unternehmen für Elektrogeräte schließen:

"The Guarantee Period commences on the day on which the product is delivered to the customer and the risk passes to the Customer. The statutory provisions relating to *accrual and tolling* of the statute of limitations shall apply toe the Guarantee Period accordingly."

Meine Meinung: statute of limitations -> Verjährungsfrist. Wenn man das Eingesternte als zusammengehörig betrachtet, stellt sich die Frage, was hier gemeint ist. "tolling" könnte Unterbrechung sein, aber accrual kenne ich sonst nur aus dem Finanzbereich. Was meint ihr?
