Ich konnte keine gute Übersetzung für diesen Satz finden, meine Idee war ihn wie folgt zu übersetzen:
"Diese Verzichtserklärung gilt für alle Streitsachen und rechtliche Verfahren, gleichgültig, ob diese sich auf Vertragsrecht, unerlaubte Handlungen oder andere Gebiete beziehen."

Explanation:
Dieser Verzicht gilt für alle Klagen oder Prozesse, ob aus Vertrag, unerlaubter Handlung oder anderweitig.

Das ist so meine "Standardübersetzung" für diese Vertragsklausel... Aber prinzipiell finde ich Deine Übersetzung auch ok.

Die Schwierigkeiten hier entstehen wahrscheinlich doch durch das ungewöhnliche "sounding in (tort etc.)". Diese Formulierung ist etwas archaisch, wird aber im Webster und an anderer Stelle belegt und heißt wohl soviel wie "enstehen aus" oder "sich gründen auf".
Also hier: Klagen oder Ansprüche, die aus Vertragsrecht, Deliktrecht oder aus anderem Grund entstehen".
