Unter "Closing Conditions" finden sich eine ganze Menge Punkte wie z.B. wer die Schulden übernimmt, die übernommene GmbH erklärt, dass sie steuerlich auf Vordermann ist, keine Rechtsmaßnahmen gegen sie vorliegen usw usw
